House rules
When visiting Fletcher Hotels, we kindly ask you to adhere to the house rules listed below. In case of violation of the house rules, access to Fletcher Hotels can be denied. If you would like to object, you can contact guest support at gastensupport@fletcher.nl.
- Follow instructions from staff
- The main booker must be 18 years or older. Minors must possess written permission from parents/guardians. Without this permission minors can be refused entry
- Identification control upon entering may occur
- Weapons or drugs are not allowed on the premises
- Unwanted intimacies are not tolerated
- Agression and racism is not tolerated
- Annoying or inappropriate behavior is not tolerated
- Dress appropriately
- Own consumption is prohibited
- Glassware must remain inside or on the terrace
- Please ensure that no disturbance is caused to the neighbors
- The smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or other forms of tobacco is prohibited
- Lighting candles, incense, oil, or other products is prohibited, electronics forms included
